Religion
Relgion has been in important part of all cultures from the beginnings of time. As people from one part of the world come into contact with those of different parts of the world, the intermixing of cultures is evident through changes in religious practices. By studying these changes we gain more insight into a process we now call "globalization". Although the conquests of the New World by Europeans in the 1500's seem to be too far in the past to consider relevant to our lives today, there are valuable and timeless lessons that can still be learned.
